Kids absolutely love having their caricatures drawn – what could be better than their very own cartoon version of themselves?

Cassie has drawn at 1st birthday parties upwards, and her youngest ever sitter was a 2 week old baby, so she is able to cater for all ages. Children in general take a lot less time to draw, as little as 3 minutes! Because of this, Cassie offers packages from as little as 1 hour.

Cassie can even design printed paper to fit in with the theme of your party – check out this Moana themed paper for FiFi’s 5th birthday! Every child then gets to take it home as a souvenir which parents often put in the party bags.

You may think kids would struggle to sit still, or not be interested, but you would be wrong as they can actually be the most still sitters! Children don’t find eye contact as strange or unnatural as some adults do, so they often stare right at Cassie, making her job very easy indeed!

Mum to a son and a daughter, Cassie has the patience only a parent can understand, and finds working with children lots of fun. Young children by nature don’t have a concept of personal space, and will often crowd around and look right over Cassie’s shoulder to watch her at work, which she welcomes – she loves an audience! Not all caricaturists work with kids, but Cornwall Caricatures is 100% kid friendly! Cassie is fully CRB/DBS checked and has experience of working with young people before she became a caricaturist too. So rest assured you will be in safe hands.
