Live Caricature Wedding Entertainment
Dazzle your guests with live caricature drawing as wedding entertainment. Award-winning artist, Cassie will bring giggles guaranteed as she draws speedy pen portraits in around 4 minutes per child, and around 5-6 minutes per adult.
The perfect way to fill those awkard lulls and gaps in the day, why not book Cassie to draw in the gap after the ceremony (drinks reception), and keep your guests amused and entertained while you have your photos taken. Alternatively, many couples keep the good vibes of the wedding going by having caricatures drawn after the speeches and before the first dance, to liven things up and get the party going. Otherwise, hiring Cornwall Caricatures as evening entertainment can really get the laughter flowing and lift everyone’s spirits.
Cornwall Caricatures can be booked by the half hour, anything from 1.5, right up to a full day on site for 8 hours, so you pay for the slot upfront and then Cassie will draw as many people as she can within this time, usually around 10+ faces an hour. Guests then take their caricatures home for free as a unique memento of your day.
Cassie can bring 2 fold up chairs to create a caricature area for guests to queue, or is able to bring a tool belt and draw on the move if preferred, although this isn’t quite so quick, so more guests will be drawn in the seated method.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Cassie can bring protective cardboard tubes to sell to guests for £3 each, to keep the caricatures safe from spills, rips and creases. Alternatively you can pre-purchase them for guests if you’d like.
No need to worry about favours – let your caricatures do the talking with personalised stickers with your names and wedding date for the corner of each portrait, which then double as a souvenir to ensure your guests never forget your special day. The cost of this is £10.
BOOKING YOUR CARICATURES
Once you decide how long you would like to book Cornwall Caricatures for, Cassie will send you an invoice to confirm your booking. This covers all the details you will need. The deposit is 50% to secure the date, and the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before the wedding. Alternatively, payment in full can be made, if preferred. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer. Although entertainment can be the last thing couples think about when planning their big day, Cassie is very popular and gets booked up years in advance.
